A few 'quick' questions

  1. Mark a menu category as Fast Menu to make it appear on top of menu items.
  2. There is no built-in function but it is possible to implement that with rule & actions.
  3. Again there is no built-in feature for that but setting up a windows printer with Print Preview might work.
