yes, after replacing the dat file i did reinstall under administrator account which did not work.
I managed to get it working by doing following.
i deleted the SAMBAPOS folder from users Main and POS under My documents.
then reinstalled SAMBAPOS (v4.1.37) under administrator and now it loads without any error. i’m still puzzled what caused the issue.
