Why not just set a constraint that prevents it from being used?

I have then set a message to appear informing the cashier that (when a fast cash button is pressed that is less than ticket total) to check and select a different tender amount, this uses the ask question action, or the same can be achieved using the display message action. I prefer ask question as you can edit the colours and buttons etc
