2nd Language not showing using ITEM TAG

I have defined “Chinese Name” as an ITEM TAG

I used the following example from the forum in Display Format of “Submitted” state and it works

<b>{0}</b>< br/><size 16>{{ITEM TAG:Chinese Name}}</size>

ITEM TAG Working .jpg1920×1080 173 KB

But when apply the same text to “New Orders” the ITEM TAG is not recognized(I used copy and paste in placing the text in the “Display Format” field

Any advice?

You’re changing “New Orders” entity state. You should configure it for “New” order state.

THANKS! That solve my problem. Don;t know when did I changed the settings - must be following some other posts in trying something.
