In a VM the migration completes without issue. However, on my dev computer there’s no migration and no backup made. Logging in afterwards throws an exception because of missing changes to the db.
AutoMigrate is enabled.
I have to have something misconfigured. What else could I be missing that’s keeping the migration from completing?

You must not be old enough to know what it’s like to download a large file over dial-up. I remember waiting hours! And you know what you did while it was downloading…NOT USE THE INTERNET!!! 
I did have flashbacks to the early 90’s last week. I was getting 220B/s down. My first computer had a 2400 Baud modem that was faster than that.
I remember downloading Windows NT 3.51 and it took me a week.
Or make a phone call 
Same issue after downloading again.
Deleted settings file and tried with default setting with no change.
Is there another migration setting somewhere?
No there isn’t. That’s strange.
I know. It has to b something just with my machine but I don’t know what. In the meantime I’ll use the VM to upgrade the db until I can get it figured out.
