Are you not settling tickets and closing work periods? That is designed to show the Date and Time Ticket was created… however if Ticket is never settled it will just show a Time and Running Minutes… as soon as its settled it will show Date.
PS you said Order Time but your question is about Ticket Opening… those are Two different things.
Perhaps you should explain your business flow so we can understand why you would need that in Days…
