You are on a very old version. it looks like it doesnt have access to something. Did you try to install a customer display or something? Maybe add order rule event is trying to access a file that it doesnt have permission for.

This version in running in other branches normally with the same rules.

the issue is i logged in as admin and iam trying to push some items in the menu so i got this exception , i gave full control for every one on C drive but the error still shown

that is not something default in sambapos. YOu have customized something and it doesnt have permission to access it. Is there a shared folder or file or something you are trying to share?

I see this often when people try to install a customer display. Or they try to add images to products and dont have acess to the folder.
