There is possibility of a button you can write any comments on the selected product? As a modification that is not in the system previously.yep you can, you need an order tag with free tagging enabled and map to required category

go to MANAGE>TICKETS>ORDER TAGS

click add order tag group

give your tag a name (ive used name description for mine)

CLICK FREE TAGGING

add mapping to tell samba which category of products you want the free tagging enable (i have selected key rings) you can add more categories by clicking ADD or if you leave as * it will work for all products

go to MANAGE>PRODUCTS>MENU LIST>(select your menu)>SELECT CATEGORY>click edit product properties

click AUTO SELECT next to the products you want to use free tagging and the modifier (order tag) screen will automatically appear when that product is added to the ticket (this is optional, if you dont want the order tag screen to automatically appear keep auto select UNticked. All you need to do then is add the product to the ticket, then select the product from the on screen ticket and the order tag screen will appear
i have selected auto select on my charm + name product as each charm is personalised with a childs name, i use free tagging to now add the name to the order as shown below

order tag screen appears with the free tagging we created (Name Description)

type your modifier (in my case a name) and add a price if you want to charge an additional amount, if not just leave price blank. Im my case i put the name Rick and leave price blank
You can now click close to close the order tag screen to add another product, or click remove to remove the tag or click the red tag box that appears at the top to remove the tag.
colours ans sizes of tag buttons can be modified in the TICKET>ORDER TAG screens when setting up the tag. In the order tag settings if you click “add tag price to order price” it will add any price you give a modifier (order tag) to the price of the main item. if you leave unticked it will show the price or the order tag next to the order tag, leaving the main item price unchanged
