Add Department in Constraint

i have added department constraint but its not working

is the constraint correct?

Where did you learn that constraint? [:Department] is not correct syntax. Besides it will only execute for the department your in anyway… why would you need that constraint?

its better to clone rule add your individual actions and map rule to specific department.

got the {:Department} syntax from one of the article and it was a wild guest

anyways i wanted to execute the print job accoring to the department

That is what mapping is for… so you can map automation to departments among other things.
