Add % Discounts by Ticket Tags does not work

Hi, I followed the tutorial but I cant apply the discount. I dont know what I am doing wrong. I checked the steps twice and cant see what it is wrong.

Can you show the Action “TD-Discount 5%”?

Why not just use calculations? Looks like your over complicating if it’s a ticket total discount…

Double-check your spelling. The tag value in the rule should be the same as the sub-ticket tag name.

@JTRTech , I used this method as it was the first result when I searched Sambapos discount button. I will try a percentage discount options too. Thanks for your advice
