Amending A Product Tag on the fly in an order

Hi all,

I use “Product Tags” to separate items on my SambaPOS4 installto separate “Kitchen Categories” - starters/main etc.

In an example where a party of two customers order the following:

1 chicken starter
1 veg starter

1 meat main
1 chicken main
1 veg starter to come with the mains

Is there a way to amend the Product Tag “on the fly” for this order?

I’ve tried to do this with an Order tag, but it is still causing a bit of confusion in the kitchen… the way I have it currently set up to print in the kitchen, it’s printing:

*STARTERS*
1 chicken starter
1 veg starter
1 veg starter
… * with mains

*MAINS*
1 meat main
1 chicken main

Any suggestions? In a perfect world I want:

*STARTERS*
1 chicken starter
1 veg starter

*MAINS*
1 meat main
1 chicken main
1 veg starter
