It wont be the zip itself, emre is developer of SambaPOS and if its crashing it will be something else in your system conflicting and causing a crash.
SambaPOS is not like other software where you just install modules and patch together a system, its highly customisable meaning that files like that are fine for a blank system to look at and learn from but often they may not work once you have customised your setup.
Looks like the problem is with payment types and transaction document.
and how can i pass this problem ? actually i am preparing this software for my friend and now i reached the final part which is the Samba card .
now , would you send me a discount package ?

To avoid that issue you should probably follow the tutorial and build it yourself instead of rely on a file.
ahh , i meant that i have followed the delivery tutorial about 10 times , now i will try to follow the discount tutorial 
well even microsoft have bugs and errors and maybe if i claimed that i use windows 8.1 will help ? 
Your error is due to a configuration mistake with SambaPOS and from the error you posted it looks like its happening on payment so it has something to do with your Account Transactions. I would start there, look at your setup for the transactions and compare to the tutorial. Look at the actual transactions and maybe provide a screenshot…
Start showing us some screenshots of your setup and maybe we can spot some mistakes.

another thing bro , i want when i open to add funds to card I want to display in "Default Amount’ instead of [balance] a certain calculation example : 100000-[balance]
