I upgraded from 3.x to 4.x very recently, after creating a ticket system auto logs out. I made sure that all the terminals ‘Auto Logout’ setting is turned off. It was not happening in 3.x, but for some reason 4.x has a default behavior to auto logout and I am unable to find a way to turn off auto logout. Any help will be much appreciated…
Make sure you dont have a logout user action on ticket cloasing rule.
