I know I could just create a copy of all my rules and automation commands to handle a different state but I was wondering is there a way to have an automation command to have a confirmation if the ticket state is foo, obviously I cant just create 2 AMC under the same name 1 with confirmation 1 without confirmation with different mappings because it does not let you have 2 AMC with the same name.
Use 1 AMC with 1 Rule and constrain the Actions.
