do i need to change the folder permission to modify for the sa user or how does this work ?
Use a location other than USERS directory. USERS is protected by windows it won’t have permission. Go to settings and set your location.
Best practice is to use attached storage. Either jump dive or external hard drive. Or a dedicated second drive for backups. I prefer using jump drives so I can take home when I count out.
