I am just in the process of setting up my first sambaPOS for a small takeaway business. It’s shaping up to be a great system but one issue I have having difficultly with is allowing staff to customise an individual menu item. It’s not so much the issue of choosing sauce type or portion size for example. But rather adding and removing items to create a custom version of a product, like a stir fry for example. The client is happy to type order notes but I would need a method of grouping those notes below an individual menu item.
Does anybody have any advice or can point me to a tutorial for example?
