To day its happened two times as when payment tendered some orders missing in print kitchen prints ok but I had to reenter to make sure all went to kitchen pls find attachment as if the order reprinted than its showing all what could be the error thanks @Jesse, @emre

Can you show your printer templates settings as well so we can compare them
Are you using the same template for the tender print and reprint?
Show the print jobs.
Did you selected orders and clicked Print Bill button? You should enable Ignore Selection setting for Print Bill automation command.

@emre Thanks for reply No I selected ticket and gave print as tables request for bill , I couldn’t see a setting in automation command button but there is a setting in print bill action ignore setting true or false is this setting what u r mentioned? Also do I need any actions and rules for change color and state example: samba card , customers etc… or these default feature like table? thanks again for the support
Table is not default. Table color change is dictated by the State of Available , Bill requested, and New Orders.
All entity color changes are done through states. Look at Settings/States. if you do not understand states then please study them first. You can mess your entire flow up.

You need Rules and Actions to do anything in Samba. Without them Samba is just a shell.
@kendash Thank you so much kendash I appreciate u r quick reply and support to this community and I have done all states properly and tables changing colors updating good, samba card customes also good now everything is going well I hope except the custom entity screen as when I print bill the ticket unlisting any way I will try my best once again thanking you dear,
Its because when you print bill it changes the ticket state to Bill Requested. If you do not have Bill Requested for the Ticket State in your Ticket Lister settings it will not show the tickets. You can put multiple states in the Ticket Lister by separating them with a comma example: Unpaid,Bill Requested
