Blocked POS on the main menu

Hello everyone,

I’m using a samba pos system on a windows10 computer.
I can login in the main menu, but I can’t get into the icon ‘POS’.
I can click on the other icons except this one.
What could the problem be and what can I do to solve it?

Omg I just tried it and it worked thank you so much!!!

You can’t enter POSwithout an active work period. :smile:
