Call Center Setup

I have some questions about call center setting:

  1. How to use regions with fixes delivery fees to be added automatically to the ticket when choose the customer?
  2. How to use one Samba module to connect to multi branches with one hotline to send orders to many branches?
  3. Then we need to build some reports related to the call center such as, customer first and last call date, Region analysis, Orders Status in any branch, and so on …
  4. And about Deliverer how to show only available (have no orders assigned) or clocked in deliverer instead of show all of them in the delivery screen?
