Caller id pop up on v4

Hi. I m using v3 and v4 together on same database. On v3 everything is ok. But on v4 caller id pop up doesn’t work. Am i doing something wrong? thanks.

Try choosing your caller id device from Local Settings > Devices > Caller ID device.

The test app works fine for me.

When you change a setting on Local Settings a restart will needed to reactivate CIDShow device. Did you tried restarting SambaPOS?
