above my setting and i am using zoom caller id that i purchased from amazon, but when i called it takes delay to pop up, but stored one comes quickly… any idea. thanks
Are you using SQL Express, Loocal DB, or CE ?

You may try increasing your database efficiency, changing harddrives to SSD, make sure its not bogged down with programs running, etc. Try running the maintenance tasks in settings

i updated the driver and and now its working correctly, it was an issue with accurate driver ,now its popping up…thanks
