Can you do a cashup by department and not as a total cashup?

I would like our one till that is used for retail to cash up, while the bar can stay active. Is it possible to achieve this?

The retail till closes at 5pm but the bar only at 10pm.

I’m currently running V2 at two different tills (standalone) but I would like to add a server and then join all the department on V4.

So, a server running the DB and retail till and bar till all connected.

Yes you can run separate tills per terminal. There is s tutorial on it. I am on phone so I can’t link it. Search forum for till maybe. No need to run separate Samba instances or versions. One instance of sambapos4 can handle this.
