Hello! I create new order with few items. Then I cancel some of items, I can see, they are canceled. When i print bill, canceled item is there too, but it is not inclused in total amaunt.
I restored default Sambapos bill template and I use it. Just defaulf from latest Sambapos.
What is the Question?
Cancelled Orders will NOT appear on the Print, EVER.
If you are instead referring to VOIDed Orders, then YES, they will appear on the Print if you do not have a specific section in your Template for [ORDERS:Void] (or whatever the word is for “Void” in your language). To prevent VOID Order from Printing, create a section like this:
[ORDERS:Void]
-- do not print
