im trying to remove some customers that have been added in error by a previous manager but every time i try to remove them i get the error cant delete entity because it is being used by a ticket but i cant seem to figure out what ticket they are being used by to remove them.
You will not be able to delete the Entities even if you do find the Ticket they are in. They could even be in a Ticket from a month ago.
Your best option would be to rename the Entities. Use something like zzzUnused001 so that the Entity falls to the bottom of the list in search screens.
