Is it support for my samba ?

@Meng you will need version v5.5

Follow these steps and new metrik will work very well. One very nice new feature is that it supports custom reports and SQL reports

See this post for the fix:

hello thanks for answer me,
but i dont know how to do that, can you explain to me step by step, i dont know nothing about develop, i just follow the instruccion step by step

i will be to grateful if you help me

Of course! I think the simplest way would be for you would be to download the file uploaded in the linked post (below is a screenshot, not a link):

image

Then unzip it to %USERPROFILE%\Documents\SambaPOS5\Database Tasks

The path is important as that’s where SambaPOS will look for the file(s).

Go to Management → Settings → Database Tools

You should see Alter_Users_Table_Null_SevenShiftsId listed.

Select that row and click “Execute Task”. A backup will be generated and then you will be logged out.

That one is outside of my experience, unfortunately. Perhaps search the forum for that error message and if nothing’s found, start a new thread.

thanks a lot for your help
