Cant Restore Database

ive deleted some windows user accounts that i dont need an now use samba on a different user account. since then i am not able to restore using sql backup and restore or by using sql management studio. I cant use samba because ive created a login rule that is looping and i cant access the main menu

when i try sql backup and restore that usually works i get this error

if i use sql management studio i get this error, saying i dont have permission to restore, what do i need to change to be able to restore database? @Jesse

Give that user permission.

How do i do that, im that user its the only user on my PC and its admin. i found a permission tab in management studio but when i try to give permission to all it says i dont have permission to do it??

Any ideas?

Try running SSMS as Admin (right-click, run as Admin).

Alternately, can you login through SSMS using SQL Authentication?
