Can't Type the same name

Hello team,

We have the same customer name to type it in, but i cannot do that it states that the name is existing.

How can i fix this issue?

Try changing primary field to phone , if same phone number entered you get the error but not name

Entity names have to be unique.

Would suggest if it was fresh setup to use a unique value like telephone number.

Given you have existing setup it might be trickier to make changes now you already have entities setup, in mean time just ass a suffix or prefix to the name.
