CAS ER Scale (no communication between POS hardware)

Hello Guys,

I have now CAs PDII scale but same problem, I have RS232 cable changed as Service manual and type of scale also changed with type 2.

Can someone help me for that case why i cant get any info from scale ? I try to connect with Putty but just black screen.

As on service manual; type and Rs232 cable correctly installed also Com port settings 9600 7 even 1

But no any action i become crazy…

I need yours help

You might find better support from the manufacturer or a forum specific for those scales.
