Cash the ticket without closing

Changed my mind. I don’t think it can be done at this time.

I do not understand what you mean by empty. It is working fine on mine.

Before the change when marge 2 tickets left me empty ones united, vacuum mean no products. This was because the ticket was seen as unpaid. now with the role I posted corrects this problem.

i too am experiencing this problem. any ideas on how it could be resolved?

@Jesse i am experiencing the same problem too, what @spanky is trying to say is, when he finalises the 3rd ticket of $3.00 the ticket should close and go to available status, but due to the empty tickets, it still remains as if the table is still occupied by a customer.

the only way to get rid of ticket 1 and 2 is to open individually and process a sale on each.

is there a fix to this ?

He resolved it with an additional rule to handle them.
