Hello , so i looked the topic before asking … my question here, we change mostly everything on our menu, so i decided to create a new menu in menu by the time everything is ready to take it out. i change it in ticket, department to have a global view of it, I’m still on the old menu when i open a ticket … did i forget to do something?
I just tested this. All I had to do was change the menu in Tickets -> Tickets Types. Is that where you’re changing it? The ticket items updated immediately.
