Change table button in v5 is not there

In my V5, i am not able to see change table button, kindly let us know how to add that now.

Check entity is linked on ticket type/department

Hi, pls check i have send the screen shot of the present settings.

go to ticket types

Double click the ticket type you are using

Select entity type list

Press the blue “Select” option at the top

Double click the entity you want so it appears on the right hand side column

Press OK, then click SAVE

The change button should now appear on your pos for the selected ticket type
