SambaPOS have a function, that can change waiter on a table? Without waiter-entities, using only user-accounts?

Check update ticket action for possible options, alternatively explain your need further and if not an alternative method may be possible.
For example: The table was opened by the manager, and then the waiter took care of the servicing of the table. But the waiter can not open the table, opened by the manager. The manager must change the user to the waiter.
You know you don’t have to have that user restriction? You can allow opening all tickets by enabling in user profile options.

Yes, of course, but we need to save these permissions for waiters. We want that only managers can change waiter.
So check ticket update action.
