Basiccally when a customer calls the caller id will pop up. If existing customer, it will show his details; name, address, telephone also their previous orders.

Recall & Clone (Customer) Last Ticket (2 methods)

Here are 2 different methods to recall a Customer Last Ticket and Orders, and optionally Clone the Ticket. Personally, I prefer the 2nd method because it is “cleaner” and avoids unnecessary prompts. On top of that i would like to set the time i.e 10minutes, 20minnutes to show on the ticket in addtiion to the actual time when they will be collecting i.e 5:00pm in 10minutes show on ticket 10minutes collection time: 5:20pm along with their name.
