Combine Customers and SambaCard members

Hello there,
I set up SambaCard loyalty and i noticed i had two different entities for customers and sambacard members. but i am trying to combine both on a single data base.
Can someone help me how to achive this??
I tried changing from account type to customer account but now nothing works mmmm
manage to reverse everything but now instead of adding the 5% to the card it deducts it automatically

I hope you created a backup before editing it. If you did please restore it. If you didn’t you can follow / review original tutorial to validate your configuration to find what is missing / incorrect.

I was able to restore everything so im ok now

but still trying to find out how to use only one entoty instead of two: Customer & SambarCard

You can disable Customers entity and keep using SambaCard entity.

but if i disable customers entity. If a delivery customer that doesn’t have a Samba-card would get the 5% back to their account right??

Perhaps you should be more detailed and share more about your configuration. I don’t recall you saying anything about Delivery Customers in your question. How do you have Delivery Customers setup?

I have my delivery customers just as Customers on Samba.
I didnt mention anything about delivery before because i was only trying to combine both on a single entity but now that Emre mentioned about having only SambaCard entity came to my mind when a customer calls in for a delivery and since I am not giving SambaCards to everyone i dont want to return the %5 to them

Right so his suggestion may not work for you but he had no clue your using a Delivery setup… its important to explain this stuff.

The reason we separated them in tutorial was not to mix Members with Delivery customers. So use customers as delivery customers and Sambacard for members.
