Command buttons is widget not firing on a terminal

Dear Friends,

I am facing a strange problem.

Here is a screenshot of a ticket widget i have made:

The code
Recall Ticket=RP Ticket Recall:TicketId=$1

does not work when I login to the database thru a terminal, it works just fine, when I am logged in directly on the server.

Please help if you have faced a similar situation earlier.
