Cost & Sales on single Custom Report

Hi.

I am trying to create a custom report to display something like the attached image.

I dont need the discounts column but the rest of them as it is.

It would be of great help if anyine can point me in the right direction for the sql codes.

You dont need sql codes search the forum for custom reports, its uses reports tags and is much much simpler to implement

V4 this is a paid module but for V5 it is built in free
