How to create a new room e.g Hall 1 and 20 tables in it
Hall 2 and 20 tables in it ?

I configured the hotels restaurants and bars as separate entity screens with table entities on each.
Make all your tables then in entity screens create additional table entity screens and select the tables for each room for each screen

Make all the tables you want.
In entity screens make a screen per room, duplicate tables screen and rename per room if you prefer.
Remove/select corresponding tables for each screen/room
