Custom report - Ticket list with Vat value

Can someone help me with simplest Santax for a report of ticket listing for a selected work period having the following column:

  1. Sr No
  2. Ticket number
  3. Table name
  4. Customer name
  5. Net of tax amount
  6. Tax
  7. Total amount

At bottom should be total of Last 3 columns (5,6,7)
