Customer Account Payment Button issue -> now total crash

Hello;

I have tried with several means to enable the view of the Account Payment button in the payment screen. Without success… at a certain time I have taken out all currencies from Payment transactions & Accounts -

After I deleted Euros currency

Now system crashes when I call up ticket to be created or even table to be choosen.

Disinstalled and reinstalled latest 4 version… but still the data and setup remains.

2 options : either find the issue; or delete every thing including database and start from scratch.

Can someone help please ?

So you deleted Cash Account as well?

Do you accept foreign currencies? Trying to figure out why you would have multiple currencies setup… was Euros a foreign currency for you?

Cash Account was not a currency and you should not delete it. If you can take some screenshots of your accounts and payment types screen it might help us understand what you did.

What is going on lately with people deleting Payment Types and Accounts? If you don’t want to see them on the Payment Screen, delete their mapping. No need to delete the type or account.
