Go to the Printer Config in SambaPOS and reduce the Line character count by 7.

sir this is template and printer setting pics,

where this is option…

sir before i try this option but nothing,

Is there a reason you have the Printer Type set to Windows Printer?

Try changing the Printer Type to ESC/POS Emulated Printer.

The TM-T20II should be able to do 48 characters.
