I want to create some customers accounts, but I for some reason I can do it with some customers, and some not…
And if you don’t want to enter phone number for them, you can remove phone number from the Account Name Template. However if you do that, you are best to have another unique value as part of your account name template otherwise you will get errors where you cannot create an account because one already exists (i.e. 2 people called “John Smith”). Some people create an account number custom field on the entity and adjust the account name template to use that as part of the name if they don’t want to use the phone number.
