Default Menu Category

For todays hopefully simple question!

I have looked everywhere but must be missing something :slight_smile:

When I create a new order I want to set the default Menu Category as ‘Beverages’ at the moment when I create a new order the Opening menu category is always the last category I was in when creating the previous order.

Thanks for your help (hopefully just a tick box I’ve overlooked )

Last category used. No other option.
