Is it possible to edit default report templates in V4?
Not all of them but some of them. You can always create a custom report to suit what you need.
I think to memory in v4 you cannot change the work period report but I could be wrong

V4 you need to buy customers report module. I think $50.
Better to upgrade to V5 which include everything.
