How do i define the change given to the delivery boy before he goes?
What do you mean? Change for what?
For example, we sell something 7$… We will give the delivery boy 3$ so he can give change for 10$ in case he needs to… Is there anyway of showing the 3$ change given upfront?
You could use accounting to show it.

Can i use with this screen? When i select deliverer at the same time can i cash out the money given deliverer? Is it possible? I dont use at account screen… I want to use at delivery screen
You do not have to use accounting screen to perform accounting transactions.
Can i create button which related with account transaction at delivery secreen? When i click button i enter amount which given deliverer. I can define account transaction it is ok for me… But how can i create button at delivery secreen? But firstly i should select deliverer and then i enter change amount
You can put a button on an entity screen or on pos screen both are possible. There are actions for handling accounting transactions and rules as well.
