Disable creation of ticket from Customer Search->Select Customer

Is there a way to disable the select customer from within the Customer Search entity? I just can’t seem to find where if it’s possible.



Yep remove the customer entity from your ticket type

That did what I needed, however it also took away the ability to select a customer in the ticket.

We have, from time-to-time, people who open tickets for customer accounts via customer search and as such, tend to get lost until closing work period as they’re not linked to a table.

I was hoping to be able to just restrict access to it via customer search only.

If not, no big deal.
