Disable Merge Tickets Button?

Greetings Friends,

I create 2 tickets on each table, due to different taxations.

Is there any way to disable the Merge Tickets button.

I do not want my cashier to accidentally merge the tickets.

I think it can be restricted in user roll priverlages.
