Display Ticket List in Ticket no longer working

Using the Display Ticket List with Ticket Creation Method it would display a list of current tickets in the ticket screen. We’re running 5.3.6 and it no longer works. Any idea what is causing this?

The rule fires (checked with message display). I also tried removing all entity filtering, even tried using “username”. Still nothing displays.

Disregard, the entity wasn’t getting assigned therefore no results were displaying. The action works just fine.
