Would be good if we could list by ascending or decending on the Display Ticket List action?
If I want to display closed tickets, the latest ones at the top would be very handy… especially if you have to scroll down thousands to get to the latest.
Ive disabled all of the Main Menu for one of my clients and have created a management button, displaying closed orders seemed the only ‘easy’ way for the staff to find an order and print off the most recent receipt.
