Is there a way to be able to send past reports via email? Using a send email action
Sambapos does not store reports. Reports are generated so to send one via email you just feed the report via filtered date to send.
Or do you mean report exports? Either way you can just export the date ranged report you need then send it.

I’ve made a rule following a tutorial that creates a work period report, saves it as a file, then sends it via email after work period ends.
I suppose I was thinking since its possible to create a report as a file, then the only thing id need to know how to do is filter report to a specific time, then link it to an email button. I’m guessing the best way for this to work would be to create a custom report entity screen that shows reports just like default report button, and have a button that sends the email
