You must type something in the Search box to get Customers to appear, otherwise the list remains empty. This is not an Issue; it has always been this way.

Show this config section for the Entity Screen and ensure you have a valid Entity Type (ie. “Cliente”) selected:

Clear/blank the State Filter and remove the Entities from the Entity List.
Check the Mappings section as well…

Try removing state filter and entities from the list.
